Attention Incoming 7th Grade Families!

Before starting 7th grade next school year, students are required to have updated immunizations on file with the school nurse.

Required vaccines for 7th grade include:
• Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis booster)
• Meningococcal (MCV4) vaccine

Please contact your child’s healthcare provider or local health department to schedule these vaccinations as soon as possible.

If you have questions or need assistance obtaining vaccines, please contact the school office or school nurse.

We had our final awards ceremony today with all three grade levels together. Our typical awards that are given out each quarter were again distributed, but there were also a few additional eighth grade awards. Once again, the teachers and staff are amazed by the quality families and students we see coming through Colonel Crawford schools. Thank you to all of you at home for raising good people. Congratulations not only to all of the students who received awards today, but also to those who were honored at each quarter assembly throughout the school year. We are proud of you!

6th grade cabin day ✅

For the adults, it was a long week of cabin days. For the kids, we think they could have gone for days. No screens…nothing but kids being kids playing outside. We are grateful for our cabin and the opportunities for our kids to learn and grow, finding fun in making s’mores or playing a game of kickball.

Another great year of WCIS Academic Challenge competitions are in the books. I could not be more proud of these students! Congratulations to the 6th Grade Team who placed FIRST and 12th out of 31 tough teams last week at the Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center. Our 7th Grade Team placed 9th and 24th out of 32 teams.
