Sarah Wojslaw, NoRo City Council Ward 3 North Royalton Resident. Proud Mama Bear. Active in both the community and schools. Running for City Council Ward 3.

I was born and raised in North Royalton and graduated with the Class of ’98. After briefly leaving to pursue my career, I found my way back home—and I’ve been rooted here for the past nine years. My daughter now attends North Royalton schools, just like I did. Community involvement is something I value deeply. I’ve proudly served on the PTA for the past seven years, and I’m excited to be a Girls o

n the Run coach for the upcoming season. I’ve also participated in citywide green clean-up efforts and helped launch the North Royalton Crochet Club as a founding member. Whether it’s volunteering at school, coaching, or picking up litter, I always include my daughter—because I want her to grow up knowing the importance of giving back to the place we call home.

Good morning NoRo Nation! We have a new small business opening up in the next few weeks, and I am SUPER excited about this one! Back to the Table, LLC is a company that focuses on teaching the lost skills-sewing, canning, changing a tire or oil…and on top of that-they will be selling their amazing TRULY all natural chocolates (beyond delicious), soaps, candles, scrubs etc.
They are located in the old Becker’s Donuts shop and I can’t wait to see you all at the grand opening! Watch for details coming soon!

RECYCLE YARD REOPENING: The Recycle Yard at our Service Center, 11545 Royalton Road, will reopen next month. Our Service Department has decided that, moving forward, the yard will be open on the first and third Saturdays of the month from May through September. Between October and April, the yard will be open once a month on the first Saturday of the month. The remaining dates for 2026 are below. We feature a community calendar on our website at northroyalton.gov where all our events, meetings and recycling yard dates will be included, for future reference.

A little late but if you didn’t already know, now you do!

Please be advised that today the traffic signal at the intersection of Ridge Road (SR 3) and Akins Road is being converted to a four-way stop with a four-way red flash above it. This means that Ridge Road traffic will now have to stop at the Akins Road intersection. Multiple signs are posted advising of this change.

Here’s where I’ll be tomorrow, Aug 1st! I’ll be Stuffing The Bus from 9-1 and then heading over to Holistic Halo Salt Spa for their 9th anniversary pop up vendor event! I’ll be there 1-3! Come bring some school supplies to help our NoRo kids start the year off right and then treat yourself at the anniversary celebration!
