Week 5 Friday School-Age Program...Unearth a Story. We read Mayhem at the Library by: Hannah Bruckner. We built wooden dino skeletal structures, dino windchimes and Tie Dyed our T-Shirts.
Week 6 we had a pizza, salad & ice party to celebrate the end of the program and played board games!!! Each child received 3 brand new books, reading rewards & a prize for completing a book bingo card purchased with funds raised at the Village Meeting & Car Show bake sales. They all received a new backpack, water bottle, notebook, pens, pencils, crayons, markers & colored pencils purchased with funds from the Car Show held by CJ'S DJ Services Chris Molinski. Pizza, salad and ice cream was purchased with a donation from Tracy Roberts and Community National Bank, VT in Celebration of their 175 Years. Our summer program was made possible with funding from Vermont Department of Libraries & Community National Bank, VT. I would like to take a moment to thank all the supports of our summer program, all the local businesses who donated prizes for the raffle at the Car Show and all the parents who helped and brought their children to the summer programs this year. This program would not have been able to happen this summer without all your help.

Week 5 Toddler/Preschool Program...Unearth a Story. We read Dance with Dinosaurs by: Sam Taplin. We colored dinosaur masks and made & painted airdry clay dinosaurs. Week 6 we had a pizza, salad & ice cream party & bubble dance party to celebrate the end of the program!!! I just wanted to let my parents of todays Thursday August 13th registered Toddler/Preschool program know that we will be having a pizza, salad & ice cream lunch at 11 to celebrate our last week of the program!!! Our program still starts at 10 but I wanted to let everyone know that we will be having lunch too!!
