At this time, we have not received an update from our water provider, Jennings Water. As soon as we are notified that the boil water advisory has been lifted, we will send out an alert. Please see below for alert info!

🚨 BOIL WATER ADVISORY — ALL JNRU CUSTOMERS 🚨

Our water supplier, Jennings Water, Inc., has experienced a water main break and has placed their system under a boil water advisory. Because JNRU purchases water from Jennings Water, this advisory extends to all JNRU customers.

Jennings Northwest Regional Utilities has issued a boil water advisory for our entire service area, effective immediately.

We are aware that some customers may be experiencing low water pressure or no water service at this time.

Our water provider, Jennings Water, has experienced a water main break and crews are working to repair it as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding while repairs are being made.

We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
