Don’t forget Summer is almost here, and we’re kicking it off in style!

Join us for the Summer Kickoff on Saturday, June 13th, 2026, at Weingartner Park from 5 PM to 9 PM.

Enjoy live music from Soundwave Band, great food and drinks, and good old-fashioned fun and games for the whole family.

Food, drinks, and vendors include:
Stone & Key Cellars, Ten7 Brewing Co., Well Crafted Beer Co., El Toro Serrano, Little’s Ice Cream & Water Ice, Meat Wagon BBQ, Moshava Philly, Mr. Burger, Old City Kettle Corn, Philly Funnel Cake, Scouts of America Troop #84, and Soul Brothers Meats.

Games and activities provided by North Wales Parks & Rec and My Place Club.

Mark your calendar for Saturday, June 13, 2026! Join North Wales Parks & Rec at Weingartner Park from 5 PM to 9 PM for the Summer Kickoff celebration.

Enjoy an evening of music, kids games, food trucks, local breweries, and community fun as we welcome the summer season together. Bring a blanket, bring a friend, and spend the evening with us in the park. A fireworks display will close out the night.

North Wales Borough residents and stakeholders are invited to attend a public presentation on the Regional Fire Study Report.

Date: Thursday, May 28, 2026
Time: 7:00 P.M.
Location: Gwynedd Mercy University, University Hall, Room W105
1325 Sumneytown Pike, Gwynedd Valley, PA 19437

The presentation will cover DCED’s findings and recommendations for fire safety, emergency response, service sustainability, and regional planning.

This meeting is open to the public. All residents and stakeholders are encouraged to attend.

Come out from 9:30 to 11:00 AM at 208 S. Fourth St. and help us get the garden going for the season. Bring the kids, bring a friend, and don’t forget your gloves. Every set of hands makes a difference.

Just a few days away. Heroes Come In All Sizes is this Sunday, May 3rd at 2pm at the North Wales Arts and Cultural Center.

If you missed our earlier post, it's a family-friendly puppet show from Reach for the Stars Puppet Productions, led by puppeteer MomMom Nonna, inspired by the fable The Lion and the Mouse.

Here's what to expect:

- Before the show, kids get to meet the handcrafted stage, puppets.
- The story is told with instrumental music and creative puppetry.
- After the show, everyone sings along to shake the sillies off and gets a backstage pass to see where the puppets hang out. It's always an audience favorite.

Admission is free and donations are welcomed.

Bring the whole family. We'll see you Sunday.
