At 6:45 p.m., NWFD responded to a reported barn fire in Charlestown, but upon arrival, it was determined to be a garage fire attached to a residence, prompting a second alarm. Engine 1's crew supported fire suppression and overhaul efforts.

Our day started just after midnight when we were dispatched to cover the Charlestown station due to crews working on a brush fire in Claremont. We were then alerted again before 5:30 AM to respond to a reported house fire in Charlestown, where crews found heavy fire upon arrival. NWFD crews were assigned to fire attack, and the fire eventually went beyond a second alarm. In addition to the fire response, we've also handled two medical calls in the past 12 hours. It's been a steady day.

Just before 1100. We were toned to cover Rockingham Station 1, about 2 mins later a 2nd alarm was struck for heavy fire showing from the Rodeway Inn on Rt5. Engine 1 was redirected to the scene with a crew of 4.
