Master Crystal - Sitting Buddha By Ashka

My Sitting Buddha can only be seen from the side! I did my best to capture this image. This Master Crystal helps you walk your path with divine guidance in the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual worlds. Thus, transferring ancient wisdom to the holder. It is a rare and unique stone almost impossible to find. I was blessed with this crystal for 50 cents and did not see the Buddha until I was researching Master Crystals. The article I read explained that many sellers of crystals do not look for the properties of these stones, and you should check your crystals! I will have my son take another picture with better lighting. All that matters is I have had this stone for twenty-five years and its energy has been inspiring me in my spiritual path;) Thank you Universe…

Releasing Past Trauma with Gifts of Spirit

The moment I started to learn about spirituality, my heart evolved as I gained knowledge and wisdom which helped me become a better individual. I improved my relationships as a mom, wife, and friend; the blessings came from the attributes of this beautiful concept. Along with learning about synchronicity, perception, and my evolving reality, I became aware of certain gifts that were around me. When necessity appeared, I would use them to help me through decisions and challenges.
When diagnosed with breast cancer just after my parents died 100 days apart, I leaned on my family for support, but I needed more! Instinctively, I started to do a contemplation while receiving my treatment. This is where the spiritual gift of meditation easily became a norm through my cancer experience. How did spirituality help?
By giving better choices that were natural around me. Spirituality is a way of expanding your knowledge, helping you understand there is more to our Universe. The list of spiritual help is infinite. They become available as you learn more about this invisible entity and meld it with the materialistic world. More to come…

Steps to Spiritual Happiness

There are many ways to improve the life we live. Believing it is in the way we deal with all the different gears and levers of our daily existence! The most important characteristic is being spiritually grounded in our present environment. Simply, it is living life and making decisions in the current moment. The steps listed will help you bring joy and the evolution to have a family with strong relationships.

1. Life is about perspectives, an attitude on how to view situations. Try not to automatically view it in a negative way, turn the event, and see it from another angle.

2. Taking a moment to rethink a dilemma, such as a walk, an outing, gardening, or going to a driving range. Anything to refocus and breathe, then try again.

3. Many decisions come from past experiences, try releasing past assumptions, and breaking through innovative ideas.

4. Search competent websites, I am a stoic, and I look up information from Marcus Aurelius quotes to a breakdown of his works. You can always find something while surfing the Internet. Just be careful of the websites you choose, I always check where their information comes from.

5. Try to look at a situation in a different light, making it less emotional. This is one of the most difficult to implement, lessening the pain of a difficult moment. But this does work; it is the one I use the most. A love has crossed over, instead of looking at what they are missing in the future. Remember, they are in a beautiful place with freedom from pain and the familia from past lives are with them showering them with love. Also, they will meld with their true self, gaining knowledge of all past lives. It is such a remarkable time for them; they have gone home!

Our Moon, a Strong Spiritual Resource by Ashka

Our Moon is not just a beautiful object in the sky to write about. But a large sphere of energy influences our planet! This satellite that never turns its face from us rotates around the Earth and during total eclipses blocks the Sun or Moon completely and is a perfect round ball. Very unusual, but it does so much more.

The Moon influences our Earth by gravity, controlling our tides, and steadily tilting. There are also biological and ecological effects, such as the migration of birds and other animals using the moon for navigation. Our human circadian rhythms are slightly affected by the lunar phases. There has been much written about cycles of the moon being used to decide the proper time to make decisions and/or times of reflection. This enigma that floats around us has not yet revealed all its secrets!

One of Many Ways to Live Fearless

Living on this planet we have freedom of decision. But, with our choices comes the joys and challenges of every outcome! We are here to experience life to learn and evolve from every aspect of these events. Gaining wisdom to bring out the best we have within. One perplexing question is “How do you know the direction you are taking is correct?” An important approach is to be prepared for whatever may come your way.

Being observant of what is going on around you. Very simply from weather warnings to prepping of a weekly meal. But sometimes there is a need to get ready to sail into the unknown; to plan for the unexpected! A wonderful, gifted way is bringing spirituality into your life. Strengthening your faith with tools to help you become more confident. Sometimes you need to do research to help you decide on the course you want to take.

A straightforward way to help is to practice and reflect with your three basic energy centers:

Root Chakra (Red) – Keep Grounded! Not making your decision in the past or future. You must base it on the present!

Sacral Chakra (Orange) – Do not overreact keeping your emotions in control. Try to remain calm!

Solar Plexus (Yellow) – Having action and directing your focus on the best possible results!

Just step into your favorite quiet place, get comfortable, close your eyes, and breathe then try to focus on the base of your spine and the color red. Do not forget to continue to breathe next orange just under your belly button, then yellow above your belly button. Your attention can last for a couple of minutes on each of the three points. Remember, before you start, state what you are trying to accomplish. This helps your mind clear, emphasizing the proper outcome for proper guidance. Initially you might not see colors, but eventually it will happen.

This is just one of many ways to help you have clarity in making the right decisions! This will open your thoughts and heart to having a fearless attitude in your life. There are many tools in your spiritual arsenal to help you in all aspects of your life. We will continue to post various methods that have helped us;)
