Greenbriar School

Greenbriar School Greenbriar School is one of three elementary schools in Northbrook School District 28. We serve approximately 350 students in grades K-5.

Our mascot is the greyhound. At Greenbriar we work to educate the whole child. Our comprehensive program includes a balance of academics, fine arts, and social-emotional learning, all which challenge children to reach their fullest potential. We value a collaborative spirit in our school community and work closely with parents to provide children with a positive school environment. We enjoy an act

Northbrook District 28 has been recognized for the 11th straight year by the NAMM Foundation as one of the Best Communities for Music Education. Northbrook District 28 is one of just 31 school districts recognized in Illinois this year, out of 850 school districts across the state.
