Looking for Maintenance Workers.

We have two positions open. Starting salary dependent on experience.

*Experience preferred

*Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems

*Home maintenance and light construction experience

*Experience using hand and electrical tools

*Ability to read technical manuals and drawings

*Basic knowledge of automobile maintenance

*Very good communication and interpersonal skills

*Physical stamina and dexterity

*High school diploma or equivalent

*Must have valid PA Drivers License

*Must be able to pass a background check
