First race of our 15th season will be Thursday June 4th. Spread the word.
Here are the specifics:
It is a weekly 3.1 (5K) mile race that starts at 6:30pm from the back parking lot of 105 Main Street in Northfield that runs every Thursday June through August.
Walkers are welcome and can start early and/or take a shorter course.
Cost this year is just $5 per runner with max of $10 per family. Members of school cross country or track teams run for free.
Everyone gets a prize from our great award table packed with items from local businesses, farm stands, and homemade cookies and treats.
Registration begins at 6pm; Race starts at 6:30pm.

The weekly race is now part of the Northfield Recreation Commission program

We’re looking for people in our community who would be willing to spend a little time with our Northfield Recreation Summer Program campers this summer!

Do you have a hobby, skill, profession, talent, collection, or special interest that you’d enjoy sharing with children entering grades K–6?

📚 Authors, Storytellers, or Librarians

Whether it’s a demonstration, hands-on activity, short presentation, or simply sharing what you do, we’d love to provide our campers with opportunities to learn from members of our amazing community.
