🥵 A Heat Advisory remains in effect through 9 PM tonight for portions of southern, central, and western Central Alabama. Heat index values may reach up to 108 degrees.

Drier and less humid air is expected to move into the area over the weekend. While temperatures will remain hot, Heat Advisories are not currently anticipated.
