I want to give a shout out to my ride or die....the Matriarch of the farm, Protector of ALL the animals. My Pipes is one of the most amazing companions I have ever had. She has a love for the chickens and especially the chicks like no other. She's always on watch keeping everyone calm , safe and getting along. If there happens to be any fighting between the chickens, she's the bouncer that breaks it up. She's my side kick, my rock, my best friend and so many other wonderful things....I'm so unbelievably blessed to have such a strong, loving, loyal pack to put a smile on my face each day. My dogs are my world and I couldn't live without them. Thank you Piper for all the unconditional love you give EVERYTHING that crosses your path. You are truly one of a kind. Blessed to have you, I love you Pipes!!!

The "BROODY BUG" has officially hit the farm! I have 9 broody hens!!!!!
I have 2 large fowl ladies that decided it was time to hide a nest or two...
Im pretty sure they are under my barn, they both make their puffy appearances first thing in the morning...
One of these days im going to wake up to a whole darn flock of feral rogue BYM chicks running around.
I said I couldn't wait for babies....
I really need to be a tad more careful with what comes out of my mouth...ask and you shall receive!!! 3X3!!! Lol
