🚨 PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT🚨
We have noticed an increase in calls being made directly to the fire station when immediate medical or first responder assistance is needed.
We’re always here to help, but it’s important to know that the station’s direct phone line is not a 911 dispatch center and is not monitored 24/7.
Our crews may be out responding to calls, training, refueling trucks, checking equipment, or serving our community — meaning the station phone may not be answered right away.
❤️ Your safety is our priority. When you have an emergency, every second matters.
So, we ask for all immediate first responder assistance, please contact the Southwest Summit Communications (SWSCOM) Dispatch Center. Our highly skilled dispatchers can immediately alert our crews, pinpoint your location, and get the right help to you as quickly as possible.
👇 Check the quick-reference guide below for which number to call.
🚨 Help us help you - when in doubt, call 911 for immediate first responder assistance! 🚒🚑🚓
