THANK YOU, NORTON!

We want to extend our sincere appreciation to the entire community for your outstanding cooperation and support during this critical repair.

Because of your willingness to conserve water and follow the restrictions, City crews were able to safely, successfully, and efficiently complete the valve replacement on the 12-inch main waterline. Your efforts truly made the difference.

The impact of your conservation was remarkable:
πŸ’§June 18 (morning demand): 887,712 gallons
πŸ’§June 19 (morning demand): 388,374 gallons

This significant reduction helped ensure we maintained water service and avoided a boil water advisory.

The emergency water restrictions for this repair have now been lifted.
However, please remember that regular water conservation restrictions remain in effect and should continue to be followed.

We are incredibly grateful for a community that comes together when it matters most. Thank you for doing your part to support our water system and our crews.πŸ’™
