Artificial intelligence is reshaping business.
It can:
• analyze vast amounts of data
• spot patterns
• speed up decision-making
• increase operational efficiency
But after decades of working in global markets, I believe one truth still stands:
AI can process information.
It cannot fully understand culture.
It cannot build trust.
It cannot replace lived experience.
It cannot fully navigate human dynamics.
That is why CORE Culture Drives Outcomes™ matters more than ever.
C — Culture
O — Opportunity
R — Relationships
E — Ex*****on
Technology moves faster.
But cultural understanding determines whether decisions work.
The future belongs to leaders who can blend:
• technology
• strategic thinking
• cultural intelligence
The tools are evolving.
The fundamentals remain the same.
Welcome your thoughts!

Culture as Capital: A Missing Link in Building Legacy Wealth
We talk about access to capital.
We talk about ownership.
But we don’t talk enough about cultural capital.
For Black entrepreneurs and Main Street businesses, culture is not just identity—it is:
• Market insight
• Community trust
• Brand authenticity
• Customer loyalty
These are not abstract concepts. They are economic assets.
The challenge is this:
While our culture influences global markets, it is often under-leveraged locally and under-capitalized structurally.
To build true legacy capital, we must:
• Recognize culture as a strategic advantage
• Translate it into scalable business models
• Protect it through ownership and equity
The next phase of economic development is not just funding businesses.
It’s about valuing and monetizing the cultural intelligence embedded within them.
That’s where real wealth creation begins.

What Iran Taught Me About Resilience, Negotiation, and Power
There are moments in a career that stay with you—not because of what was said, but because of what I understood. In 1979, before the hostage crisis, I conducted business on what was then Pahlavi Street in Tehran. I sat across from decision-makers in formal settings where protocol, hierarchy, and culture shaped every interaction. In one meeting, I made a deliberate choice—to walk around a long conference table to engage directly. It was a small but risky act, but in that environment, it mattered.

What I learned in Iran was not just about business. It was about resilience as a strategy—how nations, institutions, and individuals operate under pressure, adapt to constraints, and endure beyond expectations.

That lesson was reinforced by history. Iran’s ability to withstand prolonged conflict and isolation is not accidental—it reflects a deeper cultural and strategic orientation toward endurance.
Today, as we navigate global uncertainty, fractured markets, and shifting power dynamics, those lessons are more relevant than ever.

This section also offers a preview of a chapter from my forthcoming book on cultural intelligence and global enterprise.

To my granddaughter, Candace Nicholas-Lippman, strength and fortitude comes in a multitude of ways. It is very emotional and draining. However it is most fulfilling when you achieve. Goals vary along with a changing time frame.

Kudos to your willingness to address and overcome the obstacles that you have faced. Your strenth in God provides the fuel for your journey!

Congratulations on the launch of your 5th one-women show in Las Angeles this weekend. 🍾

Don't let the tumultous times stop you from achieving your goals. Found this motivational piece that is most appropriate for the times.

Here's a dose of motivation for today:
"Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts." — Winston Churchill
Whatever challenges come your way, just keep moving forward. You've got this!

Support for Black businesses should not be word salad but a commitment to action. Guy Fortt and his company has an opportunity to secure shelf space at Shop Rite in Norwalk and Stamford for their 1186 water. They have been given an opportunity to demonstrate from Friday through Sunday that their delicious water can sell. Let's make a difference by letting our wallets do the talking. 😀⏳
