We’re Hiring!

We are currently seeking two motivated and dynamic professionals to join our growing team:

1. Community Relations Director (Adult Day Care Center/Home Care Agency)

We are also looking for a strong relationship-builder to lead our outreach and growth efforts. This role will focus on developing referral sources, increasing census, and strengthening community partnerships.

Salary: $80,000

Commission: Up to $2,500 monthly, up to $30,000 yearly - based on meeting the quota

Bonus: Up to 10% based on performance

2. Program Director (LPN Required)

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving census growth, ensuring compliance, and supporting client care within our Adult Day Care Center.

Salary: $65,000

Bonus Opportunities: Up to $10,000 in startup bonuses + up to 7% annual performance bonus (Year 2+)

Growth opportunity to Executive Director role at $80,000 as program expands

We are looking for a Community Relations Director to join the Caring for Seniors Team!

Responsibilities:
- Contact nursing homes, hospitals, assisted living facilities, senior centers, doctors’ offices, and churches to schedule brochure drop-off appointments.
- Conduct research to identify key contacts at these organizations.
- Collect and document various contact details (Names, Phone #, Email, etc)

Qualifications:
- Must be comfortable using their personal phone to make calls and conduct outreach.
- Track outreach efforts and appointment scheduling via Google Sheets or similar tools.
- Have strong phone communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Self-motivated and organized
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
