Today, the Norwich Police Department joins our community and our nation in remembering the lives lost on September 11, 2001.

We honor the nearly 3,000 people who never made it home that day, the first responders who ran toward danger, and the countless individuals whose lives were forever changed.

We also remember the courage, sacrifice, and unity shown in the days that followed.

Twenty-five years later, we have not forgotten.

We remember the fallen. We honor the heroes. We stand with their families.
