A graffiti covered wall greets us as we wait for the light to change on our way across the
Shetucket River into the Greeneville neighborhood of Norwich, CT. The community is rallying to turn this into a highlight of the neighborhood; where
people of all backgrounds and experience levels can proudly say, “This is where I painted!”

A diverse group of area youth and adults will work alongside local

professional artists to create
this mural celebrating historic locations in the vicinity. The focal point of the mural is the old
Greeneville Dam, which was built in the late 1800’s and is still in use nearby. Norwich Creates, Murals by Faith and the Greeneville NRZ are working together to make this happen.
