Chenango County Sheriff's Office teams up with "The Place"

On September 2, 2022 members of the Chenango County Sheriff's Office stopped by the "The Place" in the City of Norwich to drop off backpacks to hand out to the kids of Chenango County. "The Place" will be handing out Back to School supplies all of this week and into next week.

The Union members of the Sheriff's Office, CCLEA and CCSEA which includes: Road Patrol, Dispatch, Corrections, Civil, Nurses, Cooks, Teachers, Building and grounds workers, and Mechanics, presented "The Place" with $1,000 to help aid future endeavors of providing supplies for the children of Chenango County.

We recently held our annual golf tournament at Canasawacta Country Club. Congratulations to the winning team, Corrections Officers from Cortland County! Thank you to everyone that participated! It was a beautiful day for golf and a lot of fun was had by all!
