Located at 238 West Town Street in Norwich, Saber Core is CT's first fully accredited lightsaber training academy and a licensed Academy Commander under the Light Sword Training Academy federation.

Their programs offer something for a wide range of ages and abilities, including structured Light Sword Martial Arts, family-focused Saber Sequence, and Saber Flow, a gentle movement and wellness program designed to support mobility, balance, and stress relief.

Saber Core is also proudly co-located with Champions Karate, creating a unique martial arts destination for the Norwich community.

Their mission is to make structured, goal-based movement and martial arts training accessible to people of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels.

First class is always free, and walk-ins are welcome!

Another great summer night at Howard T. Brown Park! 🎶
Thank you to everyone who joined us last night for the final Rock the Docks concert of the 2026 season and helped us close out the series on such a high note. Great music, familiar faces, local food, and a beautiful evening on the Norwich waterfront made for the perfect ending to another fun summer of live music! We had such a great night of networking and celebrating Connecticut Sun's last season, before they move!

Thank you to the Connecticut Sun and Mohegan Sun for hosting such a fun evening of networking, basketball, and also celebrating Women of Inspiration Night by recognizing incredible women making an impact in our communities.

Thank you to our fellow chambers Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce, The Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut, and Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce for partnering with us to celebrate CTSun's last season and their role within the community!
