I am beyond humbled and grateful tonight for the incredible out pouring of support from the residents of the City of Norwich, and am reporting that I won the 2025 City of Norwich Mayoral Election. I am grateful for the faith and trust that you have placed in me. This is not a responsibility that I will take lightly.
I would like to thank Jason Miller for running a clean campaign and a campaign in which we both focused on the core issues that are impacting the City of Norwich. I thank Jason for the phone conversation we had tonight, and his support as we as an entire community look to make Norwich a better place to live.
I have spoken to numerous City Council members and Mayor Doliver this evening and look forward to working with them as we transition when my term begins January 1, 2026.
I cannot thank all of the volunteers, the supporters, those that rallied for me and helped get the vote out. You all know who you are and I am incredibly grateful for your friendships, support and trust. I would not be able to do this without you all.
Finally, I’d like to especially thank my wife Kalista, and my parents Bob & Monica Jeffrey, and siblings Christopher & Nicole. Without them, without a strong foundation- I would not be able to do this. They’ve motivated, inspired and encouraged me every step of the way.
I am excited about the opportunities that are in store for our City. We will focus on Quality of Life/Public Safety, Housing Rehabilitation/Development, Business Development in our downtown, and focus on Code Enforcement. Together, we can and will make the City of Norwich a better place to live, work and visit.
Thank you again to the City of Norwich residents, and look forward to getting to work and serving our great community on January 1st, 2026.
