Monday May 18 council meeting Rob Dempsky.
One point here, he states to the effect the charter doesn’t allow for the people in the TCD to supplement the CCD.

If that’s the case, what about the use of general funds to fund the CCD as per the 2025 budget Book?
How much of general funds is being used for the CCD?
The central point here is the city did not have the authority per our charter to do what they did.
On May 27, a document was submitted to the court case, asking the question of authority and whether the city did or did not have the right per our charter. That was a week after this council meeting.
