Last night at their regular meeting, Delaware County Council issued a Proclamation recognizing April 19-25 as National Library Week, following a presentation by Delaware County Libraries Director Anny Laepple. Here at DCL, we appreciate the support from County Council for our libraries and their recognition of the valuable work that libraries do every day to serve the residents of our county.
