We had the pleasure of hearing from Brianna Jarvis at today’s meeting. Ms. Jarvis serves as the Director of Bands for the Demopolis City Schools. The band program at DCS is in great hands under her leadership.

“The Gift of Giving” became exactly that last night… a gift that keeps giving. ❤️

One of our Reeltown alumna, Jessica Bonner Calabro, now plays alto saxophone in the Broad Street Band of Sugar Hill near Atlanta.

When their spring concert theme was “Heroes and Icons,” Jessica shared Melody’s story with the director and asked if they could honor a different kind of hero by performing The Gift of Giving.

Last night, they did.

As the music filled the room, an audience in Georgia heard the story of a little girl from Reeltown whose impact is still being felt years later.

Think about that for a second.

A former Reeltown band student carried Melody’s story from our small town to another stage, another audience, and another community through music. This is currently happening around the world.

That’s powerful.

Moments like this are a reminder that kindness leaves a mark on people. Love leaves a mark on people. And some stories continue to reach hearts long after the moment has passed.

Jessica, thank you for carrying a piece of Reeltown with you and for making sure Melody’s light continues to shine far beyond our community. ❤️

$11,000 RAISED IN LESS THAN THREE DAYS!

Reeltown is showing up in a BIG way for our students.

Because of the incredible support from local businesses and families, ONLY 9 sponsorship spots remain before we fully fund the new Marching Rebel Pride equipment truck!

For the next FIVE YEARS, this truck will represent Reeltown everywhere it goes:
Friday nights under the lights.
Competitions across the Southeast.
Championship moments.
Memories our students will carry for the rest of their lives.

Let’s be Reel. This is way more than advertising.

It is local businesses and families coming together to invest in students, school pride, and experiences these kids will never forget.

When this truck pulls into a stadium, we want it to reflect the same pride this community has in its students.

Remaining sponsorship opportunities:
• 1 Supporting Sponsor Spot — $2,500
• 8 Community Sponsor Spots — $1,000

Once these final spots are filled, this opportunity will not be available again until 2031.

Please don’t miss this opportunity to help our band look as good as they sound and help our students feel as supported as they are supportive of this community.

To every business and family that has already stepped up: thank you. Your investment is making a real difference for our students.

Please share this post or tag a business that believes in kids, community, and Rebel Pride.

For the next FIVE YEARS, this truck will represent Reeltown everywhere it goes.

Friday nights.
State competitions.
Parades.
Road trips.
Early mornings.
Late nights.
Championship moments.

And only 14 businesses will be part of it.

For the first time, the Marching Rebel Pride is opening a limited number of sponsorship placements on the back of the Reeltown Band equipment truck as it travels across Alabama and throughout the Southeast.

This is more than a logo on a truck.

It’s your business becoming part of the story of a group of students who work relentlessly to represent this community with pride, passion, and excellence.

Only:
1 Premier Sponsor
3 Supporting Sponsors
10 Community Sponsors

Once these spots are filled, they are gone until 2031.

If you want to support something special while placing your brand on one of the most visible symbols of Rebel Pride, we would love to talk with you.
