After 42 years of teaching, inspiring students, and changing lives through music, there is one experience Mrs. Wright never had the opportunity to have: attending the Midwest International Band and Orchestra Clinic in Chicago.

Now, we have the opportunity to help make it happen.

For more than 35 years, Mr. Ronnie Mallory has dedicated his career to serving band programs across the Southeast, including many years of faithful service to the Reeltown Band as a representative of Art’s Music.

Through his weekly visits, Mr. Mallory quietly played an important role in keeping the Reeltown Band making music. He repaired instruments, supported our students, and made sure that when something stopped working, a student could get back to doing what they loved.

For many students, that work meant far more than simply having a functioning instrument. It meant having the opportunity to learn to make music, build friendships, experience success, and belong to an organization that made a lasting impact on their lives.

Much of the work that keeps a band program going happens behind the scenes, and Mr. Mallory has been one of those people we could count on year after year.

Thank you, Mr. Mallory, for more than 35 years of service to Reeltown and to band programs across the Southeast. Your work has made a difference in the lives of more students than you may ever know.

A belated congratulations on a well-earned retirement! We hope you are enjoying every minute of it.
