Schedule: Monday–Friday, with flexible hours
Saturday: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM approximately every three weeks

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Temporary Lock Box Specialist will support the Lockbox department with:

Data entry and processing
Processing files
Scanning documents
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Maintaining the security of confidential information
Providing excellent customer service
Working effectively as part of a team

About the Role

Roofstock is seeking a Property Inspector to support its short-term rental operations in Pacific City, Oregon. In this field-based role, you will help ensure rental homes are functional, clean, and stocked for every guest.

You will conduct property inspections, restock supplies, prepare homes for guest arrivals, perform light maintenance, support property turnovers, and respond to guest or property issues. This role requires frequent travel and driving between properties within the local market.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect homes before and after guest stays to ensure they meet company standards
Document inspections and report property issues through task management systems
