🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE: Planned Water System Upgrade & Possible Service Impacts (March 11–20) 🚨

📅 Tuesday, March 11 – Thursday, March 20, 2025
In coordination with EMWD, Nuevo Water Company will complete critical upgrades to improve system reliability and safety. (Rain could delay or extend the work.)

📍 Affected Areas: Customers on Merrell Avenue, Sunset Avenue, Electric Avenue, Ramona Avenue, Sky Drive, and portions of Nuevo Road and Central Avenue may experience disruptions. (Affected homes will be called or hand-delivered notice if expected to experience a service disruption.)

💧 What to Expect:
🔹 Possible water outages at higher elevations
🔹 Low water pressure throughout the system
🔹 Potential for air in the lines and discolored water

✅ How to Prepare:
✔ Store water for drinking & flushing toilets.
✔ Limit water use, especially irrigation.
✔ Check for clear water before washing laundry to avoid discoloration of laundered fabrics.
