2016 Best of Nutley Calendar Photo

1. Photographs will be selected by a Judging Committee with selected photographs and photographers names appearing in the 2016 Best of Nutley Calendar. Photos will be selected by online voting and will be open to all residents. A special “People’s Choice” award will be given to the photo receiving the most votes and will be used as the cover for the calendar.

2. Photographs must be appropriate for public usage. The Township of Nutley (“the Township”) retains sole discretion as to what constitutes appropriate content.

3. Photographs should follow the theme of “Best of Nutley” . We will ask that the voting public look for photographs that represent this theme. Residents are kindly asked to refrain from submitting photographs that do not complement the theme of the calendar. Residents may submit as many photographs as they like for judging.

4. Participating residents must submit photographs with a signed disclaimer form, giving full permission for the photograph to be used for the calendar. Also, any photograph of any person or private object (such as works of art, properties, homes, etc.) must have the permission of the photographed person or the work’s rightful owner for use in the calendar [for example, picture of a sculpture requires the permission of its artist].

5. Photographs must be submitted electronically (via E-mail attachment) to [email protected] no later than Friday, October 23, 2015, and meet the quality standards of at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) or minimum dimensions of 3000 x 2400 pixels.

6. Online voting will be available for residents from October 24th through November 7th, 2015
