Also, Greater Oak Brook’s geographical proximity to all major expressways and airports facilitates employee recruitment from multiple suburban markets. For these reasons and so many more, some of the largest corporations in the world are headquartered here, including Ace Hardware and Blistex. In addition, Oak Brook and Oakbrook Terrace have the best signage ordinances in the region, allowing for extraordinary new visibility for companies that are located here. Also, each municipality may consider a range of possible financial incentives for relocating and expanding companies to reduce their operational costs over the term of their new lease. Please also know that each community works diligently with relocating companies to ensure that permit requests and other necessary applications are handled in a timely, responsive and efficient manner. Each community also partners with the local park districts and local commercial fitness clubs to provide discounted or complimentary fitness packages for the executive teams and employees of relocating or expanding companies. In addition, Oak Brook’s hotels offer relocating companies cash back per overnight guest for each group meeting they present in Oak Brook. We believe that Greater Oak Brook offers a combination of the best incentives, amenities and access, and the best corporate address in the western suburbs.
