“Whimsical, thought-provoking, deftly crafted, "This Is Me, Not Robert Creeley, Speaking " clearly showcases Paul Bussan's genuine flair for deftly crafted, succinct, and memorable free verse. This brief compendium of his work is very highly recommended for personal reading lists.” -The Midwest Book Review, June, 2017
The International Student Exchange is an organization dedicated to sponsoring exchange students that bridge cultures and connects communities by placing high school students into welcoming homes of volunteer host families. We‘re looking for a good host family to open their heart and home to Can, a 17 year old boy, an International Student, who is a junior at Oak Creek High School. Can is a boy from Berlin, Germany with Turkish heritage. He is a good student and belongs to the high school Computer Club and Multicultural Club. He likes playing board games, discussing current events and music. He loves taking photographs, the Arts and enjoys exercising in the gym. In addition to English and German, Can speaks Turkish. He comes with his own spending money, health insurance and good English Skills. He doesn’t have to have his own bedroom; he may share with your child of the same gender. You don’t even need to have a child of your own in the home. He just needs a loving welcoming family. We are looking for a host family from the beginning of February until the end of this school semester. For further information, call Ro, 414-573-3429 Check out our website: www.iseusa.org Thank you so much for considering hosting a German exchange student!
