Girl Scout Troop #1116 showed up BIG for us today!
Troop members: Fynlie, Josephine, Jade, Portlynn, Leora, Evelyn, Eleanor, Everly, Wilah, Elliot and Ryan spent their weekend putting together 12 Back to School bags for 2nd grade boys and girls here in our little community.
We are thankful for little hands that want to give back and make a difference.
Thank you Girl Scout Troop #1116 parents for allowing your girls to help another child start the school year off with all they need!

From the concrete, to the blueprint and all the way up to the door hinges this is all possible thanks to a local scout, Kyler Meinershagen. Kyler made our blessing box as his community service project to earn his Eagle Scount ranking.

Please use this blessing box if you are in need and we are not open.

Please be considerate of others and always come visit us on Tuesdays & Thursdays 9-12 and 1-4.

Summer school is out this week and it's already time to prep for back to school!
Our mission is to help students feel confident walking in the doors on that first day back to school!
Our Back-to-School fair for Oak Grove students will be held at OUR office on Tuesday, August 18th. Parents will pre-register their children to receive a new backpack and age-appropriate school supplies. Families will check-in, pick up supplies and a new backpack.
Oak Grove families are able to sign up in office as of July 15th. We will be accepting donations from now until August 13th.
We have barrels available for churches and businesses that we will drop off to fill with school supplies. We will also be collecting supplies at our office located at 1408 se Austin st. If you would rather donate monetarily towards our school supply purchase, we will be accepting gift cards and checks also!
We are SO thankful to be able to send our students to school with all they need to be successful!
We appreciate your support and couldn’t do it without you!
