Full Time Public Works Laborer Position Open

Applicant will work in all weather conditions, maintaining Park, Highway areas and Streets. Will complete assignments from Supervisor on Grounds Maintenance, Vehicle Repairs and Maintenance and chores as assigned. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, must be prompt to work, and have a good work ethic.
Must be a High School graduate or have equivalent job experience and GED. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, have a clean driving record and pass a pre- employment drug screening. As this is a safety-sensitive position, employees in this category are subject to random drug screenings. EOE
Applications may be obtained at Oak Grove Town Hall between the hours of 9 am and 2 pm, Monday through Friday

The Town of Oak Grove is aware that some residents are receiving SPAM solicitations to purchase their real estate. The letters appear to have checks attached. No one is going to take your property from you unless you sign the check, making it an active contract.

Just shred it and throw it away.

If you are concerned about activity regarding your property deed, you can sign up through the PROBATE OFFICE to be notified when a deed, mortgage, lien, or other land record with your registered name on it has been recorded in the Probate Court's official records.
