PURPOSE:
As stated in the Articles of Incorporation and Constitution of the CARROLL TOWNSHIP VOLUNTEER EMERGENCY MEDICAL and FIRE SERVICE, Inc. under paragraph 3, Article II:
“The purpose or purposes for which said corporation is formed are: To provide and maintain an emergency medical service and fire department for the protection of life and property in and around Carroll Township; as well as
to provide mutual aid to other departments as required by existing reciprocal contracts.”
MISSION AND VISION:
In order to fulfill this purpose, the members of the CARROLL TOWNSHIP VOLUNTEER EMERGENCY MEDICAL and FIRE SERVICE, Inc. adopt the following mission:
The mission of the Carroll Township Volunteer Emergency Medical and Fire Service, Inc. is to provide competent, professional, and timely preventative and emergency services that will protect from and mitigate the effects of emergencies and protect life and property in our community. We recognize the importance of both prevention and preparedness and we will continuously seek to improve the safety and health of our community and our department through education, communication, and innovation. We are a committed team of professionals who serve our community with integrity, compassion, and courage. Our vision for the future:
