WE WILL HAVE AVAILABLE APARTMENTS TO LEASE SOON!
We want to welcome you home. Twin Oaks Plaza provides HUD subsidized housing to people who are 62 and older or for people who may qualify with a disability requiring the amenities of a handicap unit.
Rent amounts vary based on gross adjusted income. We have a HUD Sec 8 contract, so you do not need to obtain your own HUD voucher. We cover trash, water, sewer. You would be responsible for your own electric.
We have Heating/Cooling units in every apartment. We provide a stove and refrigerator in every unit. We have 1 bedroom and efficiency sized units. Every unit has its' own bathroom and kitchen.
We have full time on-site maintenance on call 24 hrs for emergencies. We have a service coordinator to assist residents with benefits and services. Our property is within close walking distance of the Senior Center, Chase Bank, Grants grocery store, Plateau Medical Center, Oak Hill rails-to-trails, etc.
