Before the start of the school year, District 123 launched its First-Year Paraprofessional Support Network, a model dedicated to continuous peer support and professional growth. The first of a series of workshops, led by D123 Director of Special Education Leigh Coradetti, welcomed paraprofessionals and discussed routines, accommodations, and communication. This network will continue to meet throughout the school year with dedicated workshops, safety training, and listening sessions to ensure D123 paraprofessionals are equipped with the proper resources and support for continued success in the classroom.
