Caring Together, Living Better Provide services to support family caregivers in the West Suburbs! Please meet our current partners!

Caring Together, Living Better (CTLB) is a grassroots program encompassed by a network of faith-based and community organizations specifically located in the West suburban Cook County area dedicated to supporting African American and Hispanic/Latinx caregivers of adults over 60. CTLB was first established in the southern suburbs and was replicated in the West Suburbs (where it continues to grow).

Partnering with faith-based and community organizations allows us to provide assistance at no cost to caregivers. Cicero Area Project:

CTLB’s Mission Statement: To support and empower caregivers by partnering with faith and community-based organizations to provide resources, education and connection opportunities. CTLB partnering sites came together to develop the CTLB’s mission statement, which focuses on developing partnerships within the community to support family caregivers, & foster opportunities for connection.
