Reminder, tonight is PT, drink plenty of water and dress warmly. I will have no pity on you if you are dehydrated and/or cold. Come prepared to work hard. ANY CADET WHO IS NOT SHOWING FULL EFFORT TONIGHT WILL WEAR A CONE AS A SIGN OF LACK OF MOTIVATION. Do not be that cadet. We will start off with a mile run and then pick up the rest of the night in the gym.

Okay guys, Tonight is going to be PT, so you all know the drill bring with you tonight Hydration and appropriate clothing for PT. We have started a new year 2014 with that said we are going to be crackin' down on everything PT, Drill, Respect, and Chain Of Command etc. Come tonight with a good attitude and be prepared to work hard, for it will be a hard night of PT.
