Some awards are given by a panel. Some are decided by a scorecard. And some come from the people who experience your workplace every day.

That's what makes being named a Top 10 Workplace in Knoxville especially meaningful.

This recognition is based on an authentic workplace survey. Real feedback from the people who know our culture best.

The award is great. But the voices behind it mean even more.

Here's to creating a workplace worth talking about.

Not every connection starts with a job opening. Sometimes, it starts with showing up.

Our team was grateful to attend the Tri-Base Area Veterans Job Fair in Jacksonville, FL last week, and connect with veterans, transitioning service members, and members of the military community.

Representing Omega Technical Services were Bill Stephens, Vice President, Tech Services/FSO, and Tommy Selby, Talent Acquisition Manager, who had the opportunity to meet talented professionals, hear their stories, and learn more about the experience they bring to the workforce.

For Omega Technical Services, events like these are about more than filling today’s openings. They’re an opportunity to build relationships with talented professionals and learn more about the experience they bring to the workforce.

And sometimes, there isn’t an immediate opportunity that aligns with someone’s experience. That doesn’t make the connection any less important.

We believe in showing up, having the conversation, and building relationships for tomorrow.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to connect with our team, share your experience, and learn more about Omega. We appreciate the opportunity to be part of an event that supports those who have served and those transitioning into their next chapter.

We’ll keep showing up.

Meet Our Summer Interns!

As their summer with Omega comes to a close, we're excited to recognize two outstanding interns whose enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to jump in have made them valuable contributors across the organization.

Isabelle "Belle" Gibson is pursuing Accounting and Business Administration at Tennessee Technological University and will begin her MBA next fall. Throughout the summer, she has led projects that improved organization, streamlined processes, and enhanced record accessibility across multiple departments.

Sophia Trapuzzano is entering her junior year of high school and has brought a positive attitude and strong work ethic to every task. From supporting day-to-day operations to assisting with onboarding materials and special projects, she's been an invaluable part of the team while gaining hands-on experience along the way.

We're grateful for the fresh perspectives, dedication, and enthusiasm Isabelle and Sophia have brought to Omega this summer. Stay tuned as we continue celebrating their internship journey with more highlights throughout the month!
