Summer Sports Spectacular
Campers kick off the summer with loads of fun and a lot of learning! Each day, campers will focus on a different sport and will learn about Jump Start Sports “Core Values”: Respect, Integrity, Hard Work Ethic, Team Work, and Charity. A wide variety of sports and camp games will be offered to help teach these values in a fun and active environment
Olympic Days
The Olympics are coming to Camp! Children are grouped by age and divided into countries to learn about and compete in all types of Olympic sports! The Olympic spirit and true sportsmanship are emphasized throughout the week. Campers also learn about the culture and history of their adopted country and make a flag to carry during the "Closing Ceremonies" and "Presentation of Medals" (parents are welcome to attend).
Sports Around the World
Campers engage in an exciting week of camp by learning about different sports that are played all over the world. Children will be exposed to the culture and history of each sport as well as play a variety of games and tournaments applicable to each sport. Sports will include Rugby, Team Handball, Cricket, Badminton, Soccer, Gaga, Netball, and Gaelic Football! Campers will also decorate their own boomerang to take home.
All Star Football/Cheerleading Camp
Campers learn pass patterns, pass defense and other aspects of football in this fun program that emphasizes sportsmanship and teamwork. Teams play games all week and compete in a fun “Super Bowl” on the last day of camp. Cheerleaders will learn a variety of cheers, jumps, kicks and movements. We’ll also play fun cheerleading games and Learn one or two cheer dances. Cheerleaders will decorate uniforms to wear and pom-poms to use at an exhibition on the last day of camp!
Hoop-It-Up Basketball Camp
Players have a blast learning the basic fundamentals of dribbling, passing, shooting, positioning, defense, and rebounding in a fun-oriented program that utilizes creative team and individual drills and games. The week culminates in a fun 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament!
Survivor Camp
All the fun of the TV show without getting “voted out”. Campers will be divided into “Tribes” and compete in fun team challenges and races every day. Hidden idols, secret advantages, race ending puzzles will all be a part of the fun! We’ll have “Tribal Council” every day, but instead of voting anyone out, campers will vote on the “Survivor of the Day”, rewarding one camper from each team for his or her strong effort, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Stix and Stones Camp
We’ll have some fun with all of your favorite stick sports! Campers play lacrosse, hockey, wiffle ball, baseball, and more.
Ultimate Warrior Camp
Join us at the Ultimate Warrior Camp for fitness, fun and “American Ninja Warrior” type team challenges! Age-appropriate and safe obstacle courses, relays, tug-of-war, and many other fun activities designed to challenge, inspire, and excite while cultivating cooperation, teamwork and self-esteem. We’ll also play a wide variety of traditional sports and camp games every day.
College Days Sports Camp
Campers “enroll” in the college of their choice and have a blast competing in a variety of sports for their “alma mater”. Sports offered this week include basketball, soccer, lacrosse, flag football, street hockey and more! We will feature a different sport each day and will play fun, low-key games for school pride! The children will also learn fun facts about their chosen college, and will make school T-shirts and pennants to wear and display at “Graduation” (parents welcome to attend).
