2. This page is monitored seven days a week. We recognize our responsibility to the public and strive to keep them informed and as up-to-date as possible regarding public safety issues. Content is updated frequently. Inappropriate content will be deleted and inaccurate content will be corrected when we find it to

exist.
3. The administrators on this page are subject to constant updates to our Social Media Policies & Procedures. As a result, the page content, security settings, etc. may change accordingly.
4. Advertising for any private or personal events, products, pages or otherwise is strictly prohibited on this page. The administrators of this page are limited to sharing information from trusted, nationally or otherwise governmentally recognized Law Enforcement Agencies, Public Safety Organizations, Municipal and State Offices. In addition, we may share information from some local organizations and businesses, as well as the media.
5. It is our goal to provide the appropriate credit for use of shared information, photographs, graphics, etc. If the source is known, we will attach a credit. We, in no way, claim the rights or take the credit for any shared art or information if there is no credit note attached. Content that we share on this site may be limited in conformance with HIPAA, Civil and other privacy rights as well as in the case of active investigations.
2. We do not share photos of minors without parental consent. The exception to this would be in sharing another site’s/page’s photo whereas our page shares their link. Comments:

OTPD: Update - Poplar Rd will now be closed in both directions from Deal Rd to Manor Dr until approximately 5pm. Detours are in place. Avoid the area if possible.

OTPD: Poplar Rd north bound from Deal Rd will be closed until approximately 5pm due to road construction. Poplar Rd south bound will remain open. Detours are in place.

Please note that the traffic lights at Sunset and Logan and Sunset and Wickapecko Dr. are currently without power. Expect delays in the area and use alternate routes if possible.

OTPD: Updated traffic pattern- Kings Hwy is now closed south bound from Rt 35 to Cindy Ln. Detours are in place.

OTPD: Kings Hwy north bound from the Dunkin Donuts area to the Blue Swan will be closed to all traffic. Twinbrook Apartments residents must use the Armstrong Blvd entrance into the complex. Use Rt 35 entrances to access the businesses in this closure. Detours are in place.

Please follow the map below if you will be attending the The Ocean Township Italian Festival at Palaia Park this week. The middle driveway off of Whalepond Road between Shadow Lawn Drive and Elizabeth Street will be used as the entrance to the park.

Monmouth Rd will be closed in both directions at South Lincoln Ave as utility crews work to replace a telephone pole. This closure will last several hours, avoid the area and take an alternate route.
