East Bay Community Energy (EBCE) is partnering with non-profit GRID Alternatives to provide rooftop solar energy at no cost to a select group of customers. The goal is to help income-eligible Alameda County residents access clean energy while saving money. Participants could save 50-90% off their electric bill with solar.
This is a limited offer, as they only have seven systems available. Eligible residents must:
(1) Live in and own their home
(2) Meet 2021 household income at CARE/FERA limits (
