Today we celebrate Devyani Bhadkamkar from LPS Richmond!

"It is my privilege to recommend Ms. Bhadkamkar as she is one of those teachers you come across once in a great while. She is popular with students, families, and colleagues. In her time @ LPSR she has been a phenomenal colleague, mentor and friend to so many all the time being very professional and caring. As an outstanding Science teacher she shares her curriculum plans, helping to build lessons and developing teacher craft practice, and inviting others into her professional world.

Students love her because she is kind, loving, fun, and cares about them. Ms. B gets to know every student in her class as a whole person. She is able to see exactly what each child brings to the community, and her whole teaching approach involves finding and using children's unique strengths to help them overcome their struggles and develop a positive self-concept. Because I know Devyani's work so well, I am convinced that she deserves this honor."
