Medicinal Cannabis Super PAC

Medicinal Cannabis Super PAC Medicinal Cannabis Super PAC (MediCann) is drafting and driving legislation for the federal legalization of medicinal cannabis. www.MCSuperPAC.org Yes We Cann!

Medicinal Cannabis Super PAC (MediCann) is a federally recognized political action committee, and 501c(4), campaigning for the federal legalization of medicinal cannabis. As a small group of professionals, and medicinal cannabis patients, we deeply understand and greatly appreciate the role that cannabis plays in our healthcare system. We believe that every day medicinal cannabis remains federally

illegal, is another day millions of Americans lack access to the medicine they need. Though medicinal cannabis is legal in 20 states and the District of Columbia, law-abiding citizens in these states are still facing serious federal penalties, and even jail sentences. We need to make medicinal cannabis federally legal in order to both protect our citizens, and allow this medicine to become available to patients in need.

Idaho's location bordering some of the most medical cannabis-friendly states in the country puts the need for comprehensive national reform in sharp light.

A slew of states that you wouldn't expect have legalized medical cannabis. What does it mean for the movement to legalize nationally?
