The California National Party will continue to fight for the protections of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness of all women and child-bearing persons including their right of choice. Roe v. Wade has been a long standing precedent that balanced the federal protection of civil rights and the rights of states in the matter of medical procedures. By stripping the Federal protections for women and child-bearing individuals, all Californians now face a new era of court anointed moral and political disunity among states as well as the prospects that laws of other states shall be applied in bad faith across our borders. When the social contract that creates purpose for the federal government becomes weak by actions of its own plenary bodies, then it is the duty for the people of California to stand up and create the community they wish to live in.

El Partido Nacional de California continuará la lucha para conservar y proteger la vida, la libertad, y el derecho a la búsqueda de la felicidad de toda mujer y cualquier ser capas de crear vida, especialmente su derecho a escoger si o no quiera ser madre. Roe v. Wade ha sido por muchos años el standard federal que pautaba el balance de la protección civil y los derechos de los estados sobre el asunto de procedimientos médicos. Al quitarnos el escudo federal nuestras madres y hermanas y todos los seres capaces de gestar vida en su vientre, toda California se encuentra amenazada por una nueva era de una falsa moralidad y poder político que fomenta la división. California se verá obligado a seguir las leyes de otros estados en desigualdad federativo, dentro de nuestras fronteras. Cuando el contrato social que crea el estado federal flaquea debilitándose a sí mismo entonces es el deber y responsabilidad de la gente californiana levantarse y crear su propia comunidad de acuerdo a nuestras necesidades según cómo queremos vivir, libres.
