COVID-19 Rapid Response Bike-Ped Grant Program - Emeryville Shared Doyle Street Quick-Build Project

In November 2020, Alameda CTC approved 13 projects as part of the COVID-19 Rapid Response Bike-Ped Grant Program, wherein ~$1M in Measure B funds supported local jurisdictions in implementing quick-build transportation access and safety measures.
