Swatara Fire 91

Last night just after 11pm, Squad 91 transferred to Middletown Volunteer Fire Department Station 88 while multiple companies operated at a Residential Structure Fire in Londonderry Township. S91 stood by with Cumberland Tower 17 for 2.5 hours before going available. Station 91 remained staffed during the transfer assignment.

**LAWNTON HOUSE FIRE**

Friday evening shortly before 7pm, county dispatched township and mutual aid companies to the 300 Blk of N. 48th St for a reported Structure Fire. While units were enroute, updated information from PD reported smoke from the eaves. Chief 91-6 arrived on-scene with a 2-story residence with smoke from the eaves and roof. E91, TW91, S8, TW1 and R33 all arrived simultaneously. Crews found fire on the 2nd floor. Crews quickly initiated fire attack, search and coordinated ventilation. **Rescue Runs City 2-Alarm**

Before 7am, R91 was dispatched on the 2nd Alarm to the 400-Blk of Hummel St in Hbg City. City units arrived with fire in a 3-story MOR address. R91 AOS and assisted Rescue Fire Company #37 E37-1 with water supply. R91 personnel were sent to the B exposure to open up and check for extension, and assisted with opening up in the fire building after making hallways on the 2nd and 3rd floors from the exposure to the fire building.
