Due to implementation delays with our training structure, this years Selection Process and program are cancelled.

All candidates have been notified.

You can ensure that our program will always run at the highest level because it’s the only acceptable level.

Improvements are being made.

We are intimately aware with the amount of work, sacrifice, and planning it takes to get this far, we apologize for the disappointment, and encourage everyone to continue training, continue being the example, and continue leading the culture.

Updates for next years process will be posted early 2027.
