“The recent Supreme Court decision on mail-in-ballots does not currently impact New Jersey's mail-in voting system. New Jerseyans should continue to plan to vote in the way that is most convenient for them.
- The NJ Democrats are actively monitoring the relevant court cases and actions by the federal government, and will update staff and volunteers if there are any future modifications to mail-in-voting.
- Democrats will continue to stand on the side of democracy and fight for the rights of New Jersey voters every step of the way.
