So don’t let this one slip by.

Tonight is the FINAL Sunset Park Party Night of the summer, with Tranzfusion taking the stage from 7–9 PM.

Bring a chair. Grab a beer or glass of wine. Watch the sun go down over the bay. And soak up one more summer Thursday while we still can.

Because come January, this is exactly where we’ll wish we were.

Our Residential Facade Improvement Program offers eligible property owners up to $10,000 in grant funding for exterior improvements like siding, windows, doors, porches, decks, stairs, lighting and more.

Sunset Park Party Nights are getting dangerously close to the end of the season, but we’ve still got some summer left to squeeze out of these Thursday nights.

Two hours. One painting. And Ocean City as the canvas.

Sunday morning, artists grabbed their brushes and spread out across downtown Ocean City for the Artists Paint OC Quick Paint. Painting against the clock from 9–11 a.m. before bringing their finished pieces back to the Art League for judging.

OCDC is proud to sponsor the Quick Paint awards each year, and we loved getting to celebrate this year’s winners!

Congratulations to everyone who painted, and thank you to the Art League of Ocean City for another incredible Artists Paint OC. There’s something pretty special about watching artists capture our downtown in real time.

🦅 WE HAVE OUR FIRST EAGLE HUNTERS!

The hunt is officially ON, and our first three groups have already tracked down all the hidden eagles and claimed their plush prizes.

Think you can find them all?

Grab a game card, hit the Boardwalk and start hunting. Eagles on the Boardwalk runs through August 28 and is open to kids 12 and under.

And fair warning…these eagles picked some pretty good hiding spots.

Pick up game cards at participating merchants or the Boardwalk Information Booth between N. Division & Caroline Streets.

Summer has three Thursdays left to make some noise.

Tonight, Crash the Limo is taking over Sunset Park with the songs you forgot you knew every word to. 90s throwbacks. Today’s hits. Rock turned up. Dance floor energy encouraged.

Make a night of it downtown. Grab dinner and drinks, wander the Boardwalk, then head bayside for live music and one of those Ocean City sunsets that never gets old.

The eagles have landed. The question is, can your kids find ALL of them? 👀🦅

Starting Friday, Eagles on the Boardwalk turns downtown Ocean City into one big family scavenger hunt.

Grab a game card, then make your way down the Boardwalk, stopping at every participating business to find each hidden eagle. Find them all, complete your card, and take home your very own plush eagle!

And because early birds really do get the goods, the first 100 to finish also get a $5 Power Card for Fun City or Sportland Arcade.

A Boardwalk stroll just became a mission.
