The major fund-raising effort of the Friends is the biannual book sale, which is held each Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend at the Ocean Park Library in Ocean Park, WA.

As TRL as a system faces a major budget shortfall, ensuring our libraries continue to be staffed is a priority!

In addition, if you want to support our local branches in their programming efforts, join Friends! We are working to fundraise to support the libraries as they navigate smaller programming budgets as well.

The Friends Group exists to support additional projects and programs that the local libraries put on that are not included in funding from TRL. We love our local libraries & hope you can help make sure everyone knows how great they are!
