Once the petiton is complete, we will send you a draft to approve while we also send your client the list of creditors and a copy of the petition to approve. We can electronically file the petition for you and follow the case in ECF. Once the 341 Hearing is set we will mail the documents to the Trustee. We prepare the client for the 341 hearing, then all that is left for you to do is to attend the hearing. Your total time with the client is approximately 30 minutes, which will free up your time to spend on more billable work and ease the headache of bankruptcy filing paperwork.
